My move back to NY
So far it has been flawless. Mike Titus signed me up and gave me his cell if I had any questions or concerns. I made some changes which Mike processed on the fly. Received your helpful information via email while waiting for pickup. Jonathan Duque(move foreman) contacted me the day before to confirm time. He called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. They came to my door in uniform with all packaging materials in bins. We reviewed the inventory and they went to work,professionally packaging everything in short order. We then reviewed the order and paperwork to make sure I understood the process going forward. Jonathan and his helper are a class act and give Bekins a good name it deserves. Look forward to the rest of the move with the same quality. Best Bob Colella
